We are not responsible for:

Business losses like revenue, profit, or reputation
Delays caused by third parties

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the service in question.

Timelines provided are estimates.
Delays may occur due to:

9. Revisions & Scope Changes
Projects typically include limited revisions based on the proposal.
Any additional changes requested after approval or beyond agreed scope will be charged separately.

We do not share client information except as required for service delivery or legal requirements.
11. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if:
Payment terms are violated
There is repeated misuse or non-cooperation
Scope of work is breached
Payments already made are non-refundable.
Work completed until termination will be billed accordingly.
12. Marketing & Portfolio Use
Unless the client requests otherwise in writing, Shivom Media may:
Display project work
Mention the client’s brand name
Showcase results (non-confidential)
This helps us present case studies and portfolio work.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by:
Applicable laws of India (primary)
International laws applicable to digital/online services
US State laws where required for clients based in the United States
